My Philosophy:
Theatre as a Laboratory for Life

1. Process Over Product

While a flawless final presentation or a polished monologue is a wonderful celebration of craft, the authentic transformation happens in the sometimes chaotic, iterative cycles of the discovery process. Whether I am working with a corporate team or an individual speaker, I prioritize creating a "brave space" of collective trust. It is here that clients learn to take intellectual and emotional risks, discovering their own boundaries—and how to push past them.

2. Investigating Human Connection

Stepping into a scenario or a new interactive relationship isn't just about memorizing objectives or learning techniques; it is an investigation into the mechanics of human motivation, empathy, and resilience.

By utilizing applied improvisation, I help groups and individuals understand how to truly listen, adapt, and co-create in real-time.

3. Radical Presence as a Discipline

Performing and effective communication are exercises in radical presence. By engaging with the discipline of improvisational craft, my clients develop the emotional intelligence and "courageous kindness" required to be authentic, impactful storytellers in their professional and personal lives.

For the modern collaborator, theatre is not an escape from reality, but a sharper, more acute way of engaging with it.
